- Full Blood Count
- HbA1C
- Thyroid Function Test

- Blood Group and Antibodies
- Hb Electrophoresis
- Lipids
- Insulin - Fasting
- Glucose - Fasting
Fertility Hormone Testing:
Performed between day 2 - 5 of cycle:
- Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH)
- Luteinising Hormone (LH)
- Osetradiol (E2)
- Testosterone
- Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG)
- Free Androgen Index (FAI)
- Prolactin
Performed 1 week prior to expected period (day 21 of a standard 28 day cycle, adjust for longer cycles):
Performed at any time:
- Anti-Mullerian Hormone (free through 4Cyte for Connect IVF patients)
Required Imaging:
- Pelvic Ultrasound
- Antral Follicle Count
